Our Turnkey Process
1. Discovery & Site Visit
We begin with an on-site visit to walk the property, understand your vision, and talk through what matters most. This includes style, function, timing, and budget. By the end of the visit, we have a clear understanding of the scope and next steps.
2. Proposal & Agreement
Next, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and overall investment. We review everything with you, answer questions, and make sure expectations are clear before moving forward.
3. Pre-Build Planning
Once the agreement is signed, we handle all preparation. This includes ordering materials, coordinating the team, and setting the foundation for a smooth build. Our goal is to eliminate delays before construction begins.
4. Permitting & Approvals
We manage the entire permitting process from start to finish — submitting plans, communicating with the city, and tracking approvals. You stay informed without having to deal with the paperwork.
5. Build Scheduling
After permits are approved, we finalize the construction schedule. We coordinate deliveries, crews, and inspections to keep the project organized and on track.
6. Construction
This is where everything comes together. Our experienced team executes the project with attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for your home. We provide regular updates so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
